tor&co has worked on multiple projects at Silverstone Circuit and Silverstone Park. In 2016 we secured consent at Silverstone Park on behalf of MEPC for an exciting addition. The location of the site meant that we had to negotiate with two councils and planning authorities as well as considering the operational considerations of the iconic racetrack.

Silverstone Park is a 2m sq. foot commercial development, providing a base and community for topflight engineering and technology businesses. Proximity to the home of the British Grand Prix, Moto GP and surrounding facilities provides the perfect opportunity for like-minded high-performance businesses to network, collaborate and innovate.

We needed to build a strong relationship with the local authorities and other stakeholders. Taking a collaborative approach meant we uncovered new opportunities and inventive ways for the scheme to integrate into the local area and become more sustainable in its operating practices.
