Neil joined the practice in 2003 and is experienced in a range of sectors, including housing, commercial, motorsport, aviation, education, leisure & tourism and renewable energy. He specialises in providing environmental planning advice to clients, guiding teams through complex projects and coordinating environmental impact assessments.

Silverstone Park
I played a leading role in delivering major projects at Silverstone Circuit and Silverstone Park, working to achieve planning consents for a mix of motorsport, employment, retail and leisure development that will improve facilities significantly and stimulate the economy. I continues to assist MEPC in delivering new employment floorspace at Silverstone Park.
Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden
I was part of our senior team which gained planning permission at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden to create new state of the art film production facilities in the green belt, including some of the largest sound stages in Europe, world class post-production facilities, and a Studio Tour containing exhibits of the original sets, props and costumes from the Harry Potter film series.
Northstowe New Town
Following on from tor&co gaining planning permission and securing a design code for the first phase of the new town, I secured several reserved matters and conditions approvals during the implementation phase on behalf of L&Q Estates in its role as master developer.
